Our Voluntary Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with the book, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us with your order number and we'll process it.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Payment processing is handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record, so certain refund steps may be processed through Polar.

Your Statutory Rights

This voluntary policy does not replace or reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence. If your local law provides a longer or different cancellation right, that right applies.

We never say "no refunds under any circumstances." Any voluntary policy is always subject to mandatory consumer rights.

EU / EEA & UK — Digital Content Withdrawal

For EU/EEA and UK consumers purchasing immediately accessible digital content, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access or download begins. Before purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge this potential loss of withdrawal right. This consent is separate from Terms acceptance and is not pre-checked.

Team Licenses

Team licenses are refundable within the voluntary refund period if none of the copies have been downloaded. If some copies have been downloaded, we may prorate the refund.

Speaking engagements and workshops are governed by their own agreements. The free chapter is free — no refund needed.
