What These Terms Cover
These terms apply specifically to the purchase and use of digital content — PDF and EPUB ebooks, digital bundles, and team licenses — sold through this website. They supplement our general Terms & Conditions.
Your License
When you purchase an individual copy, you receive a:
- Personal — for your own use
- Non-exclusive — we can license to others
- Non-transferable — you cannot transfer the license to someone else
- Non-sublicensable — you cannot grant sub-licenses
You May
- Download the files to your personal devices
- Store personal backup copies
- Read on your personal devices
- Send the EPUB to your own Kindle or e-reader account
You May Not
- Share the files publicly or upload them to file-sharing websites
- Sell or redistribute copies
- Give a team access using a single individual license
- Remove copyright or attribution information
Team Licenses
Team licenses permit the purchased number of authorized users within your organization to access the book. You are responsible for managing user access and ensuring compliance with the purchased seat count.
EU / EEA — Right of Withdrawal
For consumers in the EU/EEA purchasing immediately accessible digital content: before the download or access begins, you will be asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once access or download begins, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
This consent is:
- Not pre-checked
- Separate from Terms acceptance
- Clearly visible
- Recorded with a timestamp and the version of the disclosure
United Kingdom — Right of Withdrawal
For UK consumers, equivalent protection applies. Before immediate download, you must actively agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that beginning the download or access can result in loss of the statutory cancellation right. This acknowledgment is recorded and is not pre-ticked.
Payment & Delivery
Payment is securely processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Digital delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. You will receive a durable order confirmation by email containing product details, amount, taxes, and delivery instructions.
