Our Approach

We don't automatically subscribe you to marketing emails when you buy the book or request a free chapter. Marketing emails require your explicit opt-in. Purchasing the book is not marketing consent. Requesting the free chapter is not marketing consent beyond sending you the material you asked for.

What We Send

If you opt in, we may send occasional emails about new stories, book updates, and related content. We won't spam you. Every email includes a clear unsubscribe link.

Transactional vs. Marketing

Transactional emails (order confirmations, free chapter delivery, support responses) are separate from marketing. You will always receive transactional emails relevant to your orders, even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at notasalesmenbook@gmail.com. We honor unsubscribe requests immediately or as soon as technically practicable. We maintain a suppression list so unsubscribed addresses are not accidentally re-added.

Regional Rules

We follow applicable electronic marketing rules including Israeli requirements (explicit opt-in as default), US CAN-SPAM (accurate sender info, physical address, clear unsubscribe), and EU/UK direct marketing rules (explicit opt-in, no pre-checked consent, withdrawal at any time).
